It is only the truth that can set you free and that truth is in Jesus, the Word of God. “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. They answered him, We be Abraham’s seed, and we never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free? Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin”. John 8:32-34 (KJV). Nothing is fixed or permanent in your life except the truth of God’s word which is in Christ Jesus. It is from everlasting to everlasting, from eternity to eternity. All things both the seen and the unseen were created or made by that Word of God, which is the Truth which can make you free. It is the same yesterday, today and forever; He does not change.
Here the Jews of Jesus’ days just as many people on earth today did not know Him as the Truth of God’s word and could not believe in Him and He spoke to them saying that they shall know the Truth and the Truth shall make them free” and they replied, “We be Abraham’s seed and we never be in bondage to any man: how sayst thou, Ye shall be made free?”
Any person who is abusing the drug is in bondage or slave to that spirit of the drug. Any person abusing alcohol is also a slave to that spirit of alcohol. Any sick man is a slave to the spirit of infirmity, a poor man is a slave to the spirit of poverty, a confused man is a slave to the spirit of confusion. Any man suffering anything is enslaved by that spirit. The bible says the borrower is a slave to the lender. (Proverbs 22:7) That is true when you borrow money to buy a house as a mortgage, you continue to work for the lender until the mortgage is completely paid off, then you have your peace. If you forfeit or give up, they lenders foreclose on your property. I am only citing examples here, for this is not your portion. I mean and confirm that it cannot happen to you in Jesus name, Amen. I am commanding any spirit holding you bondage to loose you now in Jesus name: Amen. Shout with a loud voice, I AM FREE!! Continue to shout as often as possible that you are FREE because you are the temple of the Father, Jehovah, His Son, Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit. No evil can dwell in you or torment you.
The phrase ‘loose him, let him go’ was first spoken by the Word of God in the person of Christ Jesus at the grave of Lazarus His friend. When Lazarus became sick even unto death, the sisters, Mary and Martha sent for Jesus his friend, informing him of the precarious nature of his health. The bible says “When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby”. John 11:4 (KJV). The spirit of sickness or infirmity was holding Lazarus bondage which might lead to death and the sisters saw it and called for the Lord.
Jesus saw the precarious nature of his health and refused to agree with the enemies, and decreed that this sickness is not unto death but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified. Meaning that ‘he shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord’. Psalm 118:17. Jesus as the Word of God decreed Himself and believed in the word He has spoken and continued with what He was doing without hasting back to pray for Lazarus. He knew that as He decreed, it has been established in the supernatural so that even if he dies, he shall come back to life. The grave cannot disobey the Master and hold him because the Master has spoken. Remember too that He has the power to send His word and that sickness will be taken care of. Affirmation:
- I release any spirit in my life that is not of God to loose your host and die by fire;
- Any spirit monitoring us for evil, die by fire;
- Those spirits which are causing God’s children to go astray, loose your hosts;
- Lord set your children free and let them be free indeed in Jesus’ mighty name, amen.
